In the third week of august, around 40 children and teenagers took part in German and English courses at F+U Academy of Languages Heidelberg.
In their free time they could take part in a lot of exciting activities. At the beginning of the week, an origami and calligraphy course gave them the opportunity to gain insight into Japanese culture. Because of the hot weather, we went to the swimming pool on Tuesday. Sportive activities were on the programme on Wednesday as well, with dancing and fitness work-outs. Nobody minded the rain on Thursday, as the group visited an indoor playground. On Friday, the girls enjoyed themselves at the Fairy-Tale Paradise while the boys ran around playing laser tag. The week’s activities were concluded with ball games in the gym on the newly-built F+U Educational Campus.
What our Juniors report:
Kamila: “I think my class is nice. They are silly and wild, but sometimes they are sweet and cool. Our teacher is funny and helps us improving our german skills.”
Ismail: “The food and the activities were great. I‘m learning a lot and having fun.”
Gustov: “The classes were interesting and during the activities I learned a lot of new things.”
