Previous course participants are exempt; group bookings from three people: € 10 per week
Includes: Placement test, Internet access – three computer rooms equipped with 50 PCs, WLAN – participation certificate, leisure programme, student ID, organisation of language tandems.
Discounts for long-term course bookings are only possible for advance payment in full.
Group discounts: 2-4 people = 2%; 5-9 people = 5%; from 10 people = 10%; from 20 people = 15%.
Lesson material: Ca. € 35 per 100 TH. Books can be purchased from the Academy or borrowed for a lending fee and deposit.
Provision guarantee: For all courses listed in the brochure. If only one participant has registered, the teaching hours are reduced by 50%. To compensate, additional lessons can be taken in other courses.
Public holidays: 06.01.; 06.04.; 09.04.; 01.05.; 17.05.; 28.05.; 07.06.; 03.10.; 01.11.; 25.12.; 26.12. Lessons cancelled due to statutory public holidays can be compensated by attending our module or intensive courses.
Holiday: during the Christmas holiday from 24th - 31st December there are no group courses, although individual lessons can be taken.
Furthermore, participants can apply for an individual holiday. The language course booked will be extended accordingly.
Minimum age: 16 years (junior and school pupils' courses: 7 years).
Visa information: To be granted a language course or study applicant visa, it is necessary to book an intensive course 20 or 30.
If the visa is not issued, upon presentation of the original invitation and the official notice of rejection we will refund the advance payment minus an administration fee of € 100 and any postage costs.
Professional development seminar for German teachers
Start: Any Monday throughout the year
Length: 1-2 weeks
Lessons per week (@ 45 minutes): 30 plus 4 shadowing hours
Requirements: Naturally, we expect a high level of German, comparable with level C1 of the Common European Framework.
Participants: 2-5. When requested, F+U will provide a course even if the minimum number of three participants is not reached. This will involve a reduction in the number of teaching hours as follows: 50% in the case of one participant.

Work shadowing
In the afternoon, twice per week you can take work shadowing hours in our afternoon courses about communication or Business German.

All participants are invited to free discussion rounds, where you can exchange ideas and experience with other colleagues. This can take place in the school (free of charge) or in a nice atmosphere in a pub in the evening.
