Please note: All student residences and apartments offered by F+U are situated in the Rohrbach, south and Old Town districts of Heidelberg. F+U offers over 220 rooms in halls of residence and apartments all year round, but in summer these are often completely booked. In such instances we reserve the right to arrange accommodation in another hall of residence or apartment within the same category. (max. distance to school: 30 minutes using public transport).
Also: Double rooms can be only booked by two students coming together (like friends, or a couple)
Hall of residence “Concordia”, category I (District: Südstadt)
The journey from the residence to the school takes about 10 minutes by tram or by bus, with the stop just a few metres away from the residence. The rooms (about 15 square metres) are appropriately furnished with a single bed, desk, chair and cupboard. Washing machines are available. In the residence there is a kitchen and a bathroom with WC on every floor. Some rooms can be used as double rooms (with a bunk bed). A large private parking site can be used free of charge. Wireless connection is available.

Hall of residence “Miltner”, category I (Dossenheim)
There are 6 room equipped with one bed, a wardrobe, a chair and desk. 2 showers and 2 toilets to share with the other inhabitants. Common kitchen – fully equipped.
Washing machine (€ 2 per washing). Parking in the courtyard. It’s 5 minutes walking to the tram stop OEG-Bahnhof. With the tram Nr.5R direction Heidelberg you will be at Bismarckplatz – where the school lies – in 15 minutes. Travel back with the same tram direction Mannheim.
Hall of residence “Viktoria”, category II (District: Rohrbach)
The language students can choose between a single or double room (18-25 square metres). All rooms are fully furnished with wardrobe, desk, and single or double bed. Two spacious kitchens are located on the first and third floor. There is a WC and a shower on every floor; washing machines are available. It takes about 15 minutes by tram or bus to get from the school to the residence, with the stop being just a few metres away from the building. The vineyards of Heidelberg are approx. 400m away from the hall of residence. Wireless connection is available.

Hall of residence “Konstanz”, category II (District: Hasenleiser)
The apartment consists in 6 rooms approx. 13-18 qm, bathroom with bathtub, separate shower and kitchen. All rooms are completely furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and chair and book shelves. A washing machine and a dryer are available in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, two refridgerators, table and chairs. In the vicinity you will find the tram stop „Freiburgerstraße“. The tram Nr. 23 will bring you directly to school at Bismarckplatz. Wireless connection is available.

Hall of residence “Freiburg”, category II (District: Hasenleiser)
The apartment consists in 4 rooms approx. 13-18 qm, bathroom and kitchen. All rooms are completely furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and chair and book shelves. In every room there is internet connection. In the vicinity you will find the tram stop „Freiburgerstraße“. The tram Nr. 23 will bring you directly to school at Bismarckplatz. Wireless connection is available. You are not allowed to use the telephone.

Hall of residence Schmitt – Category II-III (District: Kirchheim)
The apartment comprises 19 rooms. Every room is completely furnished with bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, shelves, wash basin and refrigerator. Some rooms have a shower inside (cat. III with shower ensuite, cat. II with shared shower on the floor). On each floor there is a shared toilette. One big kitchen to share for all students. The rooms are between 12 and 16 qm. Internet connection through WLAN available. The bus stop „Pleikartsförster Str.“ lies only a few meters from the residence. You can reach the school at Bismarckplatz by bus nr. 33.
Hall of residence "Turner", category III (District: Rohrbach)
The journey from the residence to school takes about 15 minutes by tram or bus, with the stop just a few metres from the residence. The Heidelberg vineyards are only 500m away. The rooms (about 15 square metres) are furnished with a single bed,
desk, chair and cupboard; shower and WC are en suite. Some rooms can be booked as double rooms (with bunk bed). A washing machine and dryer are available in a large laundry room. A large and fully equipped kitchen is located on each floor. Wireless connection is available.

Hall of residence "SRH", category III (District: Wieblingen)
The rooms are completely furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a chair, a desk chair, a desk and book shelves. Every room has an own bathroom with toilet.
No internet / Wifi available.
Meals can be taken in the common kitchen (on the 6th floor), which has a microwave, an oven, a cooker, a refrigerator, table and chairs. There is no kitchen on the 7th floor, please use the one on the 6th floor. You can open the kitchen with the key of your room. Please leave the kitchen clean.
Walk about 7 minutes to the tram stop „Ochsenkopf“ and take the tram Nr. 5 (OEG) – direction Heidelberg. After 15 minutes you reach Bismarckplatz, where the school is. For your journey back take the same tram Nr. 5 (OEG) direction Mannheim at get off at the same bus stop
Hall of residence "Bergheim", category III (District: Bergheim)
The apartment is situated in the old town of Heidelberg, only a two-minute walk from the school. The rooms (15-20 square metres) are fully furnished. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, WC, shower and washing machine. All rooms can also be booked as double rooms, some with bunk bed. Wireless connection is available.

Hall of residence “Sophie”, category IV (District: Old town)
The apartment is located in the Old Town of Heidelberg, in the vicinity of the school. The rooms (15-25 square metres) are fully furnished, two with a balcony and a wonderful view of the Heidelberg Südstadt. The apartment is complete with a small kitchen, WC, shower and washing machine. All rooms can be booked as double rooms, some with bunk bed. Wireless connection is available.

Hall of residence “Bähr”, category IV (District: Weststadt)
The residence is approximately a five-minute walk away from the school and the Old Town, and consists of 3 and 4 room flats. Each language student occupies a room; the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom with WC are shared with the other residents. Washing machines are not available in the building itself; however, there is a large launderette close to the hall of residence. The rooms (about 17 square metres) are furnished with a single bed, desk, chair and cupboard. Some rooms contain cable connection for television. Wireless connection is available.

Hall of residence “Apo”, category V (District: Old town)
The residence is situated in the heart of Heidelberg’s Old Town, 200m from the Old Bridge. It takes about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by tram to reach the school. The building contains a number of bedrooms (20-30 square metres), a large shared living room with television, a kitchen and a bathroom with whirlpool and WC. The kitchen is completely equipped with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, coffee machine, tableware and silverware. All rooms can also be booked as double rooms. Apartment “Am Rathaus”, category I and II (District: Rohrbach)
These large apartments (30-40 square metres) include a generously proportioned kitchenette and a large bathroom or shower. They are fully furnished and the kitchen is completely equipped. Depending on the size of the room, one to four people can share the apartment. The apartments are located in the old centre of the Heidelberg Rohrbach district. It is only a two-minute walk to get to the tram stop, and about 15 minutes by tram to the school. The Heidelberg vineyards are only 350m away from the building. Wireless connection is available.

“Bähr” apartments, Category I
These apartments are 20-25 square metres, with kitchenette and bathroom or shower. The apartments are fully furnished and the kitchen completely equipped. These apartments are for one person. They are a 5 minute walk away from the school and the Old Town.
